What other information do you have? Other than I have been in touch with someone like who. Whoever is reading this please don't even pay anything that someone promises they can do. Think more than 50x100 before you pay again into something with just promises & lack of info. WOW

i have tried to submit a petition to the White House to Regulate & Control Timeshare Sales Presentation but it's impossible to gather 100,000 votes and besides its asking for email address with password that like signing my life to NSA. Anyway Timeshare brings in the bacon to U.S economy as consumers we are exposed to this predators. I only paid $1070 as downpayment & my credit card company is just starting the dispute process I have written down all the flaws of the MISREPRENTATION, FRAUD & DECEPTIVE TACTICS but i'm not hopeful to win but at least i didn't pay them the rest of the balance i even applied for a $10k loan Canadian to pay it off but i was having really this gut feeling that it seems like something is wrong but i can't figure it out so i started googling the word misrepresentation and remembering what happen during the presentation it's like your on vacation you were in a euphoric mode or state of mind & your in VEgas so you don't know if your still drunk or what. So, i'm pleading misrepresentation & Service or product not as described and even if they screw up on my credit i already have a house & even if they can garnish wages here in Canada i will still decline to pay the f..cking a//shole because they are more EVIL than Osama Bin Laden They made you very sad more sad than what Osama Bin Laden did, and tortured us bec we can't sleep at night & you feel depressed bec no one is listening but you know what there is always a way. Google misrepresentation and remember everything they told us about the presentation. Even from the moment you walked out & they escorted you to the elevator or garage what did they say. They told me "keep your document in a safe place.' wHICH i did so i wasn't able to cancel it on time instead of telling me the cancellation period what stick to my mind is i have to keep this treasure from being stolen. Everything that they did during the presentation is to lure us from signing our life forever.

How did you pay for the Timeshare is very impt if you paid by credit card they will be able to dispute the transaction if your within the allowable time limit to dispute. Ask your credit card provider. When collection calls ignore or you can talk to them and say: "The Case is under dispute and i'm notifying you verbally & in writing of a cease & decease order." You can keep on calling but you can't get anything anymore from me-you have to keep on assertively fight for your right do not be desuaded into believing you were at fault because they are the one's who took advantage of us unsuspecting consumer who were promise beautiful things but never mentioned reality of the deal like terms & conditions and how much interest are they charging and we're not saving any money by buying now because they will be charging you inflation rate fees on your maintenance & other fees that were not explained like exchange or roll-over fees & what not the fees are endless so in actuality they really made us think that it's a good deal. Why will we buy $50k of future travel accommodation when you can buy it on resale for $2k without any maintenance bec someone already got scammed & paid for it. In short never listen & take any Timeshare offer even if it's sale because "There's a string attach to it/" not a good deal at all lots of schemes not transparent to consumer very deceptive sales practice. NO NO NO TO TIMESHARE OR ANY PRESENTATION!!!!

My husband and I have been with Wyndham (Fairfield) since 2004. We really enjoy vacationing at the Wyndham resorts but over the years we have been lied to and coast into buying more. We are now to the point we don't want all these points and we are still paying on a loan and maintenance fees. We want out of our contract or a manageable contract. We have been in touch with one company that is willing to help us but they want us to pay a upfront fee and may be able to get some of our funds back.

PLEASE HELP!!

If you pay with your credit card send a copy to your credit card company of your cancellation of any recurring charges on your credit card to stop any further charges then get your credit card change or close that's it just walk awY & turn your back they just call it foreclosure while its not even your property? There's someone who twisted all legalities to protect timeshare business but when i walked away & didnt pay anything they can't go after anyone the company collecting for any timeshares are just dummy & puppets they do 't have any legal power to report anything in your credit bureau because nothing happened to mine i just change everything but i also did everything so i have proof i want out i just cancelled even after the period they say i can cancel i still wrote them an email that I don't want to keep any of their worthless timeshare & points going nowhere

We were staying at Westgate Las Vegas on our daughter's timeshare, while at a convention. MJ DelaCruz,Westgate concierge, called to invite us to an owner's complimentary breakfast as we were considered owners of the resort, because of our daughter. We accepted thinking a nice gesture, not realizing they were going to sales pitch us. While speaking with them, they presented misleading information about the whole program of owning property with them. In the presentation,we were informed that we would receive $3400 with each referral that made a purchase. In fact, she told us that our daughter, would receive that money also. We found out after the fact that the amount was really only $300-$400. Also we were lead to believe that by making this purchase, the unit would pay for itself, because she said that she would be renting it for us. Claiming she could receive up to $6000 per rental, depending on the time frame. She lead us to believe that it was very easy to do, that she rented hers all the time and it always covered her mortgage payment. Now she has informed us in order to rent our unit, we must have our maintenance paid up in advance and then give up your weeks and pay $500. This was not told to us until after we signed the papers and then we attempted to rent our place to cover the mortgage payments. Then in fact the weekend that she told us she would rent our place and obtain $6000, turn out that we could not use our bonus week, and we could not use the week from the next year, which she said that we could. This whole idea sounded really good because,we are retired, on a fixed income and was lead to believe that this was an investment that would pay for itself, through rental. Now this has become a financial hardship for us. Without the rental income that we were told we would receive, it is impossible to make these payments. We feel that we were scamed into this deal, with wrong information presented to us. We have worked hard all our lives to keep our credit in good standing and now if we default on this, our credit will be ruined, We need a way to get out of this without destoying our credit. These deceptive practices need to be stopped! We never would have purchased this unit had we known that it was not going to pay for itself. We have sat in many other timeshare presentation, and have never purchase because no other person ever claimed that it would pay for itself. She was extremely convincing that we had nothing to worry about covering the monthly mortgage payment because she was going to personally see that it was rented. And now when we call her she has no answers for us. We would like Westgage to buy back this unit at no loss to us, because of their deceptive tactics.
If a class action suit is started we would like to be included or if anyone has contacted an attorney we would like to know. We talked to 2 attorneys and were informed that this would become very costly.
These deceptive practices need to be stopped!

I agree all of us need to start a class action suit. These company are very big and think they can get buy with anything. The are in turn destroying our country. I've been to Branson hundreds of times in the last 50 years and now their are places sitting empty all the time because the time share industry is destroying this place.

Wondering if anyone has had any luck with company timeshare release? It is expensive but they say they guarantee you to get out of contract.
