Like the properties and the customer service at the resorts. Like the overall program.

Dislike the fact that Shell Vacations doesn't value all owners the same. If you are a lowly resale purchaser, you will never be good enough for Shell Elite Status. (and they will remind you of that whenever possible) They would rather the resale points continue to default or be of no value rather than encourage them to sell. They want you to write a check for those shiny new developer points. It would be nice if they would recognize that a healthy resale market and respect for resale owners will only make them look better as a company.

The Shell Vacations Club is really great and also founded in 1963. Many people are member of this club because they provide the lot of facilities. This club is provide the best entertainment, dining and shopping.
